Ndukauba Ltd works with organisations, funders, and community partners to deliver trusted, culturally grounded engagement around wellbeing, prevention, and support.
Through Jollof Nights™, we create safe, peer-led spaces where people can connect, speak openly, and engage with issues that are often difficult to address in more formal settings.
Jollof Nights™ is a culturally grounded, peer-led model that has demonstrated its ability to build trusted engagement with men from marginalised communities.
Alongside this, Jollof Nights™ is being developed as a neighbourhood health engagement and prevention platform supporting earlier access, strengthening community trust, and helping partners reach populations that are often underserved by traditional service models.
Our work has a strong focus on reaching underserved communities, particularly Black men, while continuing to evolve to support women, families, and wider community groups.

📈 Impact Snapshot
Jollof Nights™ has:
- been delivered across four barbershops in Greenwich during the 2025 pilot
- delivered 9 sessions between February and June 2025
- engaged 187 attendees
- collected feedback from over 100 men
- used peer-led conversation, culturally grounded engagement, and trusted community spaces to support earlier and more open participation
