Jesse Ashiegbu (Jesse D Barber)
Jesse Ashiegbu, also known as Jesse D Barber, is the founder of Ndukauba Ltd and the creator of Jollof Nights™, a community-rooted model designed to improve mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing through trusted cultural spaces. With a background in entrepreneurship, grassroots leadership, and community engagement, Jesse leads the organisation's long-term vision, strategic partnerships, and public-facing development. He is also leading the wider development of Jollof Nights Connect™, the digital infrastructure designed to strengthen community insight, engagement, and future scalability.
Emma House
Emma serves as Director of Governance & Administration at Ndukauba Ltd, supporting the organisational systems, governance processes, and administrative foundations that help the work of Jollof Nights™ grow sustainably. Her role focuses on governance, compliance, reporting, documentation, and organisational administration. She helps ensure that the organisation develops with the structure, accountability, and professionalism required to support strong partnerships and future funding opportunities.
Chukwudi Osuji
Chukwudi serves as Director of Technology & Digital Infrastructure, supporting the development of the digital systems and technical thinking required to strengthen and scale the Jollof Nights™ model. His role focuses on the development of Jollof Nights Connect™, the platform being built to support engagement tracking, community insight capture, digital coordination, and future service integration. He contributes to the technical direction of the organisation as it develops a stronger digital foundation for long-term growth.
Wiz Hudson Chipfakacha
Wiz serves as Director of Operations & Commercial Development at Ndukauba Ltd, supporting the operational systems, practical delivery structures, and commercial discipline required to help the organisation grow sustainably. His role focuses on operations, logistics, planning, and organisational readiness. He contributes to strengthening the systems that support partnerships, programme delivery, and future expansion opportunities. Wiz brings valuable business and operational insight, helping to support the practical foundations behind the organisation's work.
